      I couldn’t be more thrilled that this is happening to the Sox.

      But in all fairness, where were all these stories back in July when they couldn’t lose to the Yankees and the lap dogs of the national media was already giving Boston an automatic bye into the World Series……against the Phillies.

      I suspect “team captain” Jason Varitek will be next to go.
