And, he’s been doing it for a while now.

Craig Carton had a good point this morning – Has there ever been a QB to win two Superbowl MVPs where his team was the underdog in both games? And, Mike Francesa had a good point this afternoon – There’s only one QB in the history of New York football to win two Superbowls and his name is not Namath or Simms.  It’s Manning.

Better than Fran Tarkenton. Creeping up on Charlie Conerly. And, should pass Phil Simms in the near future.

      1. Giants the 1st team to win a Super Bowl with a 9-7 record (lowest WPCT for a Super Bowl winner).

      2. Giants the 1st team to win a Super Bowl with a minus point differential (regular season only…obviously).

      3. Eli the 1st quarterback in NFL history to lead his team to a game-winning TD in the 4th quarter in the Super Bowl on the last drive twice. And the only one to do it in the last minute twice.

      4. Giants the 1st team to rally from down more than 7 in the second half of a Super Bowl, take the lead AND HOLD IT for the win.

What I want to know is: did Eli bat lefty in high school or are my eyes playing tricks on me?

      @ MJ Recanati:
Looks like he did bat lefty; if the pic was reversed, the ‘N’ on his cap would’ve been reversed.
