Back in his best seasons, A-Rod was good for 30 to 45 RBI within his team’s first 50 games of the season.
This year, he’s got 19 RBI. Here’s the list for him:

Could it be possible that Alex Rodriguez will have less than 60 RBI this year, playing full-time, batting in the middle of the Yankees line-up?





It’s possible. Just about anything’s possible.
But if given an even money bet as to whether A-Rod’s RBI totals at the end of the season is >60 or 60.

I think it’s amazing that the Yankees have played 50 games this year and A-Rod only had an RBI in 10 of those 50 games.
It’s possible but I doubt it because part of the issue is the team-wide infection of the disease known as RISPfail. As the team’s luck improves in the RISP category, so too will Rodriguez’s RBI total.
