    The Los Angeles Dodgers have acquired Hanley Ramirez and Randy Choate from the Miami Marlins in exchange for Nathan Eovaldi and minor league pitcher Scott McGough, according to a person familiar with the deal. (Source.)

      I’m kinda surprised that it didn’t work out between Hanley and Ozzie Guillen. I figured that if there was one manager that could connect with Hanley, it was going to be him.

      Donnie doesn’t strike me as a guy that will work well with Hanley. At least it’s only a two-year deal and not much longer.

      Having just read Ozzie’s book, I can share that he has zero tolerance for guys who dog it on the field. So, I am not shocked that Hanley was sent packing.
