    I wonder what kind of salary he would have made in today’s game?

      Obviously the OBP sticks out, but those are a lot of errors in the outfield. That and the minimal SBs infer that he was a pretty lousy fielder, meaning he would be limited to 1B and DH. And he had 15 errors as a 1B in ’47, saying he’s a pure DH. That cuts out a significant portion of his earnings.
