Bobby was in a no win situation. The players loved Terry. The GM didn’t want Bobby. He’s better off. That team is a mess.
But… It has been damn fun to watch this circus.
Too bad the Dodgers bailed them out. This comedic tragedy could have dragged on for another year or two, with or without Bobby V.
No one has mentioned anything on MLBN, and the YES broadcast tonight. They did mention Valentine had a radio interview today, and he felt he was undermined by his coaches. So there may be a change in the coaching staff, but not the manager.
