It’s interesting that you don’t hear much buzz about where Ichiro is going to play next year.
Then again, he’s not alone. I don’t see a lot of rumors regarding teams having an interest in Rafael Soriano either…
Nice story, Steve, and thanks for posting it. In a workd of image-manufacturing, it is nice when an athlete lives up to the public impression. Whether Ichiro returns or not, I will have enjoyed his time in a Yankee uniform.
Anyone else think that it’s kinda creepy that he just knew her address?
Not sure. My guess: She’s a season ticket holder and he had the stuff sent to her thru the M’s front office.
I doubt he knew where she lived. But, that’s just an assumption on my part.
