Yeah, I know, he’s not so young any more. And, he’s a giant who soft tosses. And, he’s been hurt and then some in the past. But, he pitched decent for the Mets when he came back last year.
Say want you want; but, he’s a gamer. Teams could do worse at the back end of their rotation. In a picther’s park, he could be a sleeper for 2013.
I have to think that someone would take a flier on him…
Nats inked him to a minor league pact. Smart move.
