    The Yankees should kick the tires on him. He could be a Babe Hassey finding against RHP with the short porch in right. And, it beats watching Cervelli and Stewart hack away against righties.

      A .220 career hitter who draws a lot of walks, and hits with a lot of power for a catcher….sounds familiar, somehow….

      Yeah, it tells you that since PEDs have been knocked from the game, there are very few catchers who are competent hitters…just like it was in the 60′s and 70′s.
