    I’m calling it now. Phelps will make at least 20 starts for the Yankees in 2013. And, he’ll have at least 10 wins this year. (Maybe as many as 13.)

      so many things would have to go wrong for phelps to win 13 games…unless the yanks went 162-0 or something

      If Nova pitches like he did last year, and one of the old guys breaks down, then the Yankees will wish they had two Phelps.

      Not necessarily. Alfredo Aceves went 10-1 in 2009 and Ramiro Mendoza went 10-2 in 1998. It’s not outside the realm of possibility that Phelps wins 13 games.
