      Yep, and their offense declines too.

      I think the standard aging curve for 2B shows that right around age 32, the player goes down the tubes. That’s why the Yanks should be telling Cano to hit the road as soon as the season ends.

      I would never sign him for more than 4-5 years. It’s 50-50 he starts downhill in the next 2-3 years, tops. Needless to say, if the Yanks hold that line, Cano will be playing elsewhere next year.

      No chance they hold that line. The Yanks will foolishly sign Cano to a seven or eight year deal and be sorry by the second or third year.
