Seriously, USA had their chances in the 7th and 8th today.
If a tie is like kissing your sister, is losing to a commonwealth like getting your fudge packed?
Another game that was pretty good.
Final 4 will be DR, Japan, Netherlands (or as Harold Reynolds pointed out, Curacao), and PR. I’m impressed that the Netherlands team has made it this far, I thought Korea or Cuba would’ve made it to the finals.
DR hasn’t lost a game yet, so I would wager them the favorites. Looking forward to stereotypes abounding (emotional vs stoic, flashy vs fundamental), when they play Japan.
If PR becomes a state, does that mean all those players will play for Team USA in the future?
