Subway Series tickets can get pricey.

    No surprise there.

Apparently that also applies to Yankees family members, who had to dole out $250 per seat for Monday night’s opener against the Mets at Citi Field, according to the New York Post.

The Yankees were “angered” because relatives of the Atlanta Braves were charged $80 apiece for their weekend series at the Mets’ home ballpark.

The Mets use a dynamic pricing plan at Citi Field. Ticket values “can be adjusted on a real-time basis, either upwards or downwards, based on market demand,” according to the team’s website.

The announced attendance for Monday’s game was 32,911.

Maybe the Yankees family members should have bought their tickets on StubHub, instead?

Totally unrelated. Anyone out there using a MacBook? Anything you can recommend or suggest about it?

I have a MacBook and an iMac desktop. Both are wonderful products. Happy to discuss with you any time, either here or via email.

Well that’s pretty much the only way the Mets can sell tickets these days. Their fan base sure as hell aren’t buying them.

I extend the same offer as well, Steve. What are you trying to do?

People love them, but for what a number of people use them, a PC would be sufficient. That said, IMO Apple is light years ahead of MS when it comes to customer service. And they had better be, at the prices they charge :D

100% accurate. Part of what you’re buying with Apple is the incredible customer service and the great staff at each and every Apple Store.
