    During this span CC Sabathia has allowed a BA/OBP/SLG line of .269/.311/.477 facing 485 batters.

    An Opponent’s OPS of .788? That’s not good, is it?

      CC’s been pitching poorly, but he still has more than enough stuff left to win in the majors, especially for a lefty.

      It may be that the consequence of CC’s off-season injury isn’t as much a loss of stuff as it is a loss of pinpoint command. He’s making way to many location errors, and good hitters are punishing them.

      This is going to sound nutty, but right now, CC resembles nothing so much as a left-handed Phil Hughes.
