    I say “full” because you have to excluded the shortened seasons of 1994-95.

    Well, the last time the Yankees had back-to-back seasons where they had 85 wins or less would be 1991-1992. And, that was the tail end of 1989-1992, when it was a terrible time to be a Yankees fan.

    If it happens, will that be enough to get Brian Cashman fired?

      Unfortunately, George Steinbrenner’s son, Hal, is going to give John Cashman’s son, Brian, at least one more contract extension and an opportunity to demonstrate that he can win a world championship without a substantial core of players inherited from a previous administration or the highest payroll in MLB by tens-of-millions of dollars before we see a long overdue shakeup in the Yankees’ front office…
