    Yup, he’s never gone hit-less in 7+ At Bats in game, ever – before last night.  And, that’s over 2,625 games played.

    Overall, this season, his BA/OBA/SLG line this season is .250/.324/.283 (in 103 PA).

    Then again, the Captain got off to bad starts in 2004 and 2011 as well. So, we still need to wait and see if this is really bad news.

      Boy did this team go down the crapper after a week. What a miserable night of baseball.

      A week ago he was 292 /.378/ .333 /.711

      After Thursday’s game is average was .271. Going 0 for 7 this early in the season will drop your average 21 points. If he was 7 for 7, he’d be back over .290.
