      Because the division is what everyone figured it was: 5 good teams and no great ones. The Yanks are the weakest of the five because their offense is crippled by (repeated) injuries, four of them: Jeter, Teixeira, Granderson and Youkillis.

      I think it’s time to finally abandon the David Adams experiment. Does anyone know the status of Mustelier, when he might be coming back? At a minimum, we should move Nix to 3B and give Alberto Gonzalez a shot at SS.

      He passed through waivers.

      Then they re-signed him back to AAA.

      When the Reid Brignac Era came to an end, they called him up to backup Nix at short.

      I was at the game on 6/21 – which means I was basically off-line from 4 PM on 6/21 until midnight that day. And, this weekend, it’s been LL All-Star practice, external home work, and taking my daughter to see Man of Steel. I totally missed that one:
